Private Sessions

Due to COVID-19, only private sessions can be scheduled at this time in the Studio. We also offer virtual private sessions for those that wish to continue their practice from home.

Here at the studio you have the luxury of knowing that private means private.  We schedule in such a way that it is very rare for multiple lessons and teaching voices to share the same space and there is plenty of room between the apparatus (reformers, wall units, and chairs).  Whether you are working one-on-one, as a duet or in a semi, you will always be able to spread your wings and hear your teacher!

One on One

A one-on-one is a 55 minute lesson in which one student works with one teacher. The student enjoys a well rounded compliment of mat and apparatus work.

Duet

A duet is a 55 minute lesson in which two students of similar ability work with one teacher.  Students schedule with their own duet partners, but on occasion the studio can help in the pairing.  Duet partners enjoy access to all available studio apparatus.

Semi-Private

This is 55 minute lesson for a group of three or more students of similar ability working with one teacher.  Students schedule as a formed group.  These lessons are scheduled only when access to all of the studio apparatus is available.

Private and semi-private lessons are scheduled Monday through Friday. Saturday lessons may be booked upon request. Please call or email to inquire about availability and pricing. Or better yet, tell us a little bit about yourself in the “Get in touch” box below!

All private/duet sessions must be cancelled 24 hours in advance of the appointment, with the exception of Monday appointments, which must be cancelled by 11:00am on Saturday.  If you do not cancel in time you will be charged the full amount for the session. Exceptions may be made in the cases of severe circumstances or physical inability only.
