Book a class.

When payment is confirmed you will receive a invitation to a Zoom meeting with a Password.  If you've never done this before (as was the case for me) do not worry, there is a lot of "How To" help out there in the Zoom and Google worlds, but I have attached a link to a YouTube Video that I found easy to follow. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kh50kVaIdAY

It is much easier to join a "meeting" with a computer, phones are difficult to work with in this instance.

Think about your space and set up. In my practice classes, we have found that setting up your mat so that I can see a side view works best. (If you don't have a mat, just use a blanket or a big bath or beach towel.)

Please join class early, especially if it's your first time.  That way, we can try to work out any bugs and get you placed comfortably.

 Another reason to come early is that class will be closed after the start time.  Since this is new to me, I'm not yet mentally coordinated enough to handle latecomers after class begins.
