Group Sessions

Due to COVID-19, all group sessions will take place virtually until we all feel comfortable meeting as a group in the Studio.

We cross our fingers that that will be soon!

In February we will continue to offer a subscription based, limited class schedule. Because the Pilates Method progresses in stages, mixed level or drop in based classes are not an ideal learning model. In order to ensure continuation and consistency, classes have returned to designated levels, with previous experience required. Registration is required for these classes. However a limited number of drop-in spaces will be available online and in the studio where space permits for visitors whose vacation on island is for a shorter duration, or for visitors to the website who would like to join us virtually.

Book a class package.

You can now purchase class packages online. Once you have paid you are all set. You can ignore the scheduling link in your order confirmation. We will know you are coming. There will be a zoom link in your receipt which you can use for all classes in the package. You will also receive a confirmation for the first class with the same zoom link.

If you've never done this before (as was the case for us) do not worry, there is a lot of "How To" help out there in the Zoom and Google worlds, but I have attached a link to a YouTube Video that I found easy to follow. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kh50kVaIdAY

It is much easier to join a "meeting" with a computer, phones are difficult to work with in this instance.

Think about your space and set up. In our practice classes, we have found that setting up your mat so that we can see a side view works best. (If you don't have a mat, just use a blanket or a big bath or beach towel.)

Please join class early, especially if it's your first time.  That way, we can try to work out any bugs and get you placed comfortably.

 Another reason to come early is that class will be closed after the start time.
