Virtual: Core Strength & Stretch

We have time to make changes and connections right now, so in this class we'll do just that...we'll connect to the literal core. Though we will do some Pilates moves, practicing the full Mat sequence won't be the goal. There are so many other things to do!!! Instead the focus will be on deep, conscious strengthening and stabilizing techniques for the shoulder girdle, pelvis and entire core! Perhaps you have some studio props at home and perhaps you don't, we'll improvise!
